Willingboro, NJ, May 7, 2020— We are thrilled to release this HOT New lovers tempo tune written and sung by Hil St Soul (music prod. By Regi Myrix).

Music Producer Regi Myrix and Hil St. Soul have had a history of success with an earlier hit record, “No Worries” (which featured Noel Gourdin as well) that reached Number 2 on the Official UK Soul Charts. Then more recently with the SMASH HIT Single “One Life” which hit #1 on every major UK Indie Soul Chart, #28 US Smooth Jazz Charts, and #1 on the US Indie Soul Chart!! “In My Groove” is sure to have the same success and delight R&B lovers across the globe!!

Hil St Soul goes on to describe the song:

“When I heard the backing track it just had a timelessness about it and I was immediately drawn to it. The backing track reminded me of how music used to be with classic lyrics that speak about real love. It reminded me of the old school jams my folks would get down to back in the day!
I wanted to write something that had that same kind of energy.”

“The song is about working off some of that unwanted stress that accumulates throughout the week with your significant other half.”

“Although the lyrics have sexual overtones or undertones depending on how you want to look at it, it's not crude or overt. It has alot of sophistication to it written in a beautiful poetic way. Just to add a little sauce to the song I use the analogy of DJ playing me like a vinyl until he wears me out. I know I've been guilty of playing a record I absolutely love until it's all scratched up and starts jumping and skipping erratically lol!”
